We do not share or disclose any mobile information you provide, including phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
When you request a quote or place a reservation we collect the details needed to deliver your rental: your name, phone number, email address, the setup address for your event, your event date and times, and the items you reserved.
If you create an account to view your booking history, we store your name, email, and phone so your details fill in automatically next time.

We use your information to confirm your reservation, deliver and set up your equipment, send your signed rental agreement, collect payment, and keep in touch about your event.
We may also use your email to share rental ideas, seasonal availability, new attractions, or special pricing offered only to our customers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Payments made through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, by check, or by card are handled by those payment providers. We do not store your full card number or bank login details on this website.
We use cookies to remember your preferences and to hold the items you add to your rental cart while you browse. They are not used to identify you to anyone outside our business.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your delivery, pickup, or a review request after your event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
